Mentally Refined were formed four years ago by Ben Doyle, Nieran Manani and Aaron Yates.
Since the founding their music has changed from a fast moving hard punk to a heavier more agressive form of metal and hard rock. The Band have been gigging ever since the begining and have recorded two promotional CD's which are on sale at Ainleys in Leicester.
