A New Hope. Armed with a canon of original pop-rock classics,
a Bruce Springsteen-esque headband and a stubborn refusal
to play sets full of cover versions, Carolgees are an Alternative
Rock outfit who are happy to admit that, with them, it's style
first, content later. Fortunately this hasn't stopped them
developing a cult following, and with a shed full of new tunes
in hand, it looks like 2002 will see Carolgees become a regular
feature in local live music listings.
Catch them before their huge, or before their student loans
run out and they have to sell equipment for cash...."
