June 1999, and Kingsize explode onto the music scene with
their foot-stompin arrangements of the finest original ska
sounds around, guaranteed to keep this infectious beat alive
into the next millenium! Four original members of the UK’s
top ska outfit, Skaboom were joined by The Specials room-wreckin’
multi-instrumentalist, John Read and Leicester’s very
own Santriani,guitar wizard, John ‘ Juan Halen’
Harris.
With the signing of US import Ming Nagel completing the steamin’
hot rhythm section, the room-rippin’ ‘bone of Cisca
Collins in the mighty brass section, the heavy monster Kingsize
sound was completed.Their brand of authentic ‘Studion
One’ ska and reworked classics has already kicked some
butt on the live circuit, total world domination is a skank
away!
